About SIGs in General

Wednesday Nights means participating in small discussion groups (SIGs).

Meeting in small interest groups builds the community of trust necessary to meet the many business and personal challenges we each face. This is where we get to learn what's important to one another, ask great questions and share information.

Groups are small, just 2 to 8 people including a leader. Sessions last just over one hour. Everyone participates, everyone listens. Lots of safety -- no criticism, no interruptions, no veiled attacks. Lots of helpful information, opportunity sharing and practice in saying what matters most to you. Each group has a leader who is committed to this process.

Leaders draw out the thinking of all the group members on a given topic. As each person talks, they have the full attention of their small group. Does this mean that everyone agrees with one another? Hardly! It does mean that we value differences and believe that listening is as essential as talking when thinking deeply on subjects that matter to each of us.
