Destination Wedding Itinerary for
Jazz Fest "Big Easy" New
Orleans Wedding
Here are the details of what we'll be doing when we're
in New Orleans. We're trying to leave the schedule pretty open and at the
same time provide options so folks can hook up.
Wednesday,
April 21st
Arrive New Orleans (Check with your hotel as some provide shuttles to and
from the airport)
Eat Oysters
Thursday, April 22nd
Afternoon: Shop for Food and drink for Friday night gathering at the
Quarter House
Eat Oysters throughout the day
9:00 pm Coed Bachelor / Bachelorette
party on the town. Start at
ROYAL SONESTA HOTEL Mystic Den
Bar at around 9pm.

Friday, April 23rd
10:00 am Rehearsal at
ROYAL SONESTA HOTEL (wedding
party)
11:00 am Michalik/Heorman Family Brunch. Bacco Restaurant is at
310 Chartres Street
11:00 pm - 7:00 pm Jazz Fest
6:00 pm Voodoo
Haunted New Orleans 2 hr tour (please RSVP - 23 folks so far)
9:00 pm party at the Quarter House condo (129 Rue Chartres click for map

Saturday, April 24th
9:00 am Family Mass

Wedding -

3:00 pm
Reception/ Open Mike Talent show and feeding (bring your instruments and
unique talents)
6:00 pm New Orleans club hopping to catch the Jazz Fest
artists
9:00 pm Re-group at James, Barb, Dee & Cat's 1119 Chartres St.

8:30 am Bubba Gump Shrimp "Run Forest" Run 10K (Yeah, Right - Up at 8 AM?!)
